Maryland Takeback Recycling Program
Magellan customers who reside in the state of Maryland may request a postage paid mailing package to be sent to them to use to send their Magellan product to us for recycling, reuse, or refurbishing. If your shipping address is in Maryland, and you would like to return your device to Magellan at no cost to you, please follow these instructions.
- Before you send us your device, you may want to delete your personal data. This can be done by using the function to restore your device to factory default settings. This erases all data saved to your device. If you have a device with a video recorder, you may also want to remove the SD card or use the function to format the SD card to delete its data. Instructions for how to perform these functions is available in the user manual for your device. Manuals can be found on the Magellan support website.
