Magellan^® Warranty

Magellan warrants its GPS receivers and hardware accessories to be free from defects in material and workmanship and to conform to published specifications for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase in North America, and two (2) years from the date of original purchase in Europe. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
