Magellan Return Authorization (RA) Number Status
You can check the repair status of your Magellan GPS device online.To check the status of your RA:
- 1. Enter your RA Number (a 6 digit number, example: 236747) received from Magellan below.
- 2. Click on "Check Status" to see the status of your device.
Please note:
Once your device is received, please allow up to 48 hours for it to be entered in to our system. Tracking information may not be available immediately, but is updated on an hourly basis.
