Magellan Order Status

You can check the status of your order (Phone Order, Return, Refund, & Web Order) by entering your Magellan order number in the field below.

To check the status of your order take the following steps:
1.   Enter the order number you received when the order was placed (The order number will start with either a 3, 6, or a 2) in the empty field below.
2.   Click on “Check Order Status"
3.   Review your current order status.

Note:
Once your order is received at our facility, please allow 48 hours to view your order status. Order statuses are updated on hourly basis and tracking information is only available after order has shipped.
