Magellan Maps & Software products are available in three different formats* for online purchase, to suit your needs:

  1. DVD / CD-ROM Products
    Some Maps & Software products are available on DVD or CD. The DVD or CD will contain an installation application to guide the user through set up of the product.
  2. Secure Digital (SD) Cards
    Some Maps & Software products are available on pre-loaded SD cards, which is a convenient way to buy pre-defined maps. Simply insert the card into your Magellan GPS receiver and you're ready to go! Pre-programmed cards cannot be copied, but the cards can be used in any compatible GPS.
  3. Regional Map Downloads
    Some Maps & Software products are available for immediate Download via the internet from our website! Get the map you need right now! Choose a pre-defined map region, download it to your PC, and then transfer it to any SD card you wish. Download regions require you to enter the Soft Serial ID of your GPS. Use the map on any SD card - and even download multiple maps, load them on a high capacity SD card, and switch between them on your GPS.
