Free Map Card Offer Delivers Turn It On and Go Convenience for Magellan RoadMate 300 Customers

Santa Clara, Calif.   (June 20, 2005) In a perfect world, the Magellan® RoadMateTM 300 portable vehicle navigation system would come with free, preloaded map cards for turn-by-turn, voice- and text-guided street routing right out of the box. Now, for a limited time, customers will get that added Turn It On and GoTM convenience at no extra charge.

Announced today, customers who purchase a Magellan RoadMate 300 and register it through September 30, 2005 at will receive a free 256 MB Secure Digital memory card containing detailed street maps of their region (a U.S. $50 value). The easy-to-use, color, touch-screen routing device ships with preloaded maps of highways for the entire continental U.S. as well as CD Roms for downloading detailed street-level maps. With the free SD card containing preloaded maps for several states, drivers gain the advantage of door-to-door routing without PC downloads.
